Boring to be back.

It's been a month now since I came back from my (almost) 6 month long trip through Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong (just stayed a week) and Japan.

Those months were probably the best time in my life (well so far at least). I haven't written here in a long time and I'm almost 100% sure nobody reads my half assed entries but I feel like I have to write something anyway. I'll pretend somebody has been waiting for me to update and that this update will make them happyhappyhappy. :P (boring!).

Anyway, I can't write about my whole trip would take too long and it I can't remember much at the moment. It's so much easier when looking at pictures aand other things (like tickets, brocheurs <-(not spelled correctly but meh) and souvenirs) from the trip because they trigger the memory and you remember where you were going with that ticket, what you were going to do and so on.

The main reason I even went on this trip was because I was so fed up with life here. I had trouble at work and just felt depressed as hell. I'm not saying you should run from your problems but I was just so tired of everything here. The same people everywhere, same things, same gossip, same parties everthing same same and not different at all!

So, I'm don't regret going for one second. I feel llike going somewhere again but I don't have money (yet!). Got to find a job and start saving up again. But I try not to think about boring stuff like that now.

Right now I'm searching for different ways to tie an obi belt*.

*The sash/belt you tie around your waist usually worn with kimono/yukata. At least I think so.
No, I'm pretty sure.

Well. Yep.

I read your journal ^-^ that must have been some crazy trip!
Yeah, it was crazy but SO much fun! The best time in my life! I just want to save up money and go away again.
I love the freedom of traveling, you can do (almost) whatever you want, when you want and how you want.
God I miss it. :)
haha yeah I'm finnaly starting to get the traveling vibe myself , probably going to england for a week this summer met up with a penpal ^-^

((whoops rp journal above lol)
ooh, england wanna go there too. was there a few years ago but it was with school so meh.

but i'm thinking that i have to travel through europe too. god, i have all these travel thoughts going around in my head. just have to gets my hands on some money and off i go, you know? ^^!

may i ask where in england you're going to visit?
I've never been but it's been a dream since I was 11 or something XD I'm staying in Lewes East Sussex but we're planning some day trips to other cities as well like London and Bristol... I think XD not sure on the itinerary yet
Sussex, isn't that in the Harry Potter books? Hm, or maybe I'm just mixing it up with another place. :P!
Ah anyway, I've never been to London but York is very nice! Many small shops and stuff. I hope you'll have good time! :D!
I actually arrive at the station where they shot the platform 9 and 3/4 XD so that'll be fun!!

I am nervous though so very very nervous... did you travel alone ? Or with friends ?
I'm so jealous! I feel the same way right now, in that life has become a seemingly never ending monotony of work, school, gym. I used to have the theatre to take my mind off things but now that I have to work more (to save up for a theatre arts school) I don't have time for that.

I'm sort of lucky if I get a half day at the beach or something like that. :)

YES! That's exactly how I was feeling before I went away. I was just so sick and tired of the same crap day in and day out.
I mean some people like that, same thing and that's their thing but I have always wanted to travel and after this I found out that I absolutely LOVE it!
I just want money and then I can travel until I run out of it.

It seriously sucks having no time for other stuff. Work, work, work bleeurgh. ;)
Ah well, that's life. I guess. :P
Yeaha! That's sort of my ultimate plan in life. To spend some time doing what I love (acting) and then amass a huge fortune so I can spend the rest of my life traveling. Ideally, I'd spend a maximum of two months in a single place before moving on.
Same here! I just want to come by loads of money (preferably by not having to work but that's just not gonna happen) and then just travel.
Like you said, stay like 2 months or something and then be on my way again.
What a beautiful dream! :D!
